Ethnic Ela operates a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final and we do not offer monetary refunds once an order has been placed and paid for. Please review your size, colour and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or minor variations in colour and handcrafted prints. Because each piece is carefully checked before dispatch, we are unable to offer refunds in these cases.

While we do not offer refunds, we stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us at ethnicela.sb@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID, and we will arrange a replacement or store credit for that item.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, and our no-refund policy applies. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after ordering.
